To recruit, empower, and retain a diverse group of volunteers

  1. Develop and implement a volunteer recruitment plan that is equitable, inclusive, and identifies a diverse group of volunteers.
  2. Identify and implement more ways to connect with, engage, support, and empower our volunteers.
  3. Develop and implement a volunteer retention plan that is equitable, inclusive, and allows for volunteer skill identification and growth.
  4. Develop a culture of, and pathways for, giving actionable feedback and recognition freely and frequently.

Evaluate the current leadership selection & succession planning
